Paul Williams signed a petition in 1680. He had a grant of land, 30 acres in 1699 (at Kittery)

He married Joanna, widow of John Gaskin and daughter of Daniel Croker, May 5, 1740 at Kittery.

Joanna Williams of Kittery deposed, aged 77, that 60 years ago "I lived with my father Mr. Daniel Croker at Kennebeck near to one Mr. Thomas Webber, and father being nearest neighbor below said Webber and John Leighton ye nearest neighbor to said Webber above over against Arrowsic mill."
