Born: ABT 1427, Childrey, Berkshire, England
Died: 1 Aug 1464

Notes: Citizen and Draper of London. A Squire of Henry VI, by whom he was commisioned in the year 1455 to convey the Garter and Robes of the order of Alphonso, King of Portugal. Seems to have amassed much wealth during his residence in London, partly derived, no doubt, from his marriage with the widow of John Horne, Alderman of London. He died in 1464, leaving his manors of East Shefford, Berks, and New Langport, Kent, to his eldest son Richard, and considerable sums of money to all his children.
