Stephen Williams was 4th son of Robert Williams "of Roxbury" & Elizabeth Stalham, and the second of his family to be born in the New World.
He married in 1666 Sarah Wise (b.19 Dec 1647 in Roxbury), and they had 12 children, all born in Roxbury:
